VoiceFolio (a service operated by NYREF Equity I Management, LLC, 262 W 38th St #307, New York, NY 10018) provides an AI front desk for residential and short-term-rental properties. Text messages are low‑volume and one‑to‑one, and are sent on behalf of the property you deal with.
Residents & guests of properties we serve. You opt in when you give your mobile number to your property management company — on your rental application or lease, on a short‑term‑rental reservation, or verbally during a phone call with the property's front desk — and agree to receive service texts. At that time you are told the message types (maintenance and appointment updates, rent and lease notices, and replies to your questions), that message frequency varies, that Msg & data rates may apply, and that you can reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. You may also opt in by texting the property's number first. Consent is not a condition of tenancy.
Property managers & prospective customers. You opt in when you enter your mobile number and check the consent box at voicefolio.ai/start. The box is not pre‑checked and consent is not a condition of purchase. Messages include account, setup, and service updates, and replies to your inquiry.
Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply — these are charged by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility.
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation and then stop sending messages; you may receive additional messages confirming your opt-out. For help, reply HELP or email hello@voicefolio.ai.
Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You can use VoiceFolio and request a demo without agreeing to receive texts.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We never sell or share your mobile opt-in information or consent with third parties for their marketing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
